Your Opportunity:

As Wholesale Business Analyst, you will map and work on processes in the planning, execution and business intelligence/reporting contexts for Wholesale department.

Your Contribution:

• Prepare weekly and monthly business presentations to ensure all parties receive accurate and relevant reporting;
• Analyse financial impact and success of the Wholesale division, budget performance, KPI’s and recommend plans to address;
• Conduct and collect research (internal and externally sourced) that contributes to the identification of Wholesale trends and opportunities to improve performance;
• Ensure data quality and accuracy, company systems, database information are fully maintained, precise and up to date;
• Support the Wholesale team for order collection and seasonal budgeting and forecasting;
• Follow up on editing process at the end of the campaign, reporting on cancellations and integrations to save sales;
• Deep dive Sell-in and Sell-out analysis

Your Skills:

• At least 2 years’ experience in the role within the retail sector;
• University Degree in Business, Management, Finance or other equivalent degrees;
• Experience of preparing management reports/data;
• Excellent English and additional fluency in Italian is a distinct advantage;
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint;
• Excellent analytical skills;
• Good inter-personal skills and team working capabilities;
• Ability to work effectively independently;
• Ability to work to tight deadlines within a fast-paced environment.
