E-Commerce Content and Site Merchandising Intern

Job purpose:

Versace is currently looking for an E-commerce Content and Site Merchandising Intern who, together with the Global E-commerce & Omnichannel Team, will execute the digital content and site merchandising strategy at WW level for all categories, ensuring alignment with Buying, e-Store, Marketing, CRM teams.

Working alongside the team, you’ll be instrumental in implementing and reinforcing the online strategy for all storefronts, ensuring that global online content and visual merchandising is reflecting the merchandising priorities and marketing calendar guidelines, creating a cohesive online experience.

Job Responsibilities:

• Review product sorting on a weekly basis, making sure it reflects the seasonal merchandising and business needs
• Set product rules and selection curating the display on all the pages, to maximize cross selling and conversion rate
• Publish engaging content pages, guaranteeing a unified message across the pages, from hero images and product carousels, to landing page and visual merchandising revision
• Test and refine the success of content, before and after every go live
• Support monitoring and analysis of products and online activation
• Stay informed and proactively track competitors, remaining curious about what happens on the market, collecting inspiring benchmark and best practices, to contribute fresh and new ideas

Profile:

• Master’s degree preferably in economics, business management or similar
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Italian
• Good analytical and problem-solving ability
• Good skills in using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, knowledge of Photoshop or Figma and HTML is a plus
• Interest in E-commerce or Digital, Fashion & Luxury environment
• Excellent team player, able to interact with flexibility and diplomacy with different stakeholders
• Excellent attention to detail, prioritization and time management
• Proactive and driven for results
• Any ecommerce platform/tools knowledge is a plus
