Fondazione Milano Cortina 2026 is the Organizing Committee for the Olympic and Paralympic Winter Games of 2026, carrying on the organization, promotion and communication of the sporting and cultural events related to the next Winter Games.

Milano Cortina 2026 will be the first large-scale Olympics in history: 13 Olympic venues, 21 provincial capitals, 2,300 municipalities directly involved, over an area of 22,000 square km.

The Milano Cortina 2026 Organizing Committee has been established in 2019 with the purpose of organizing Olympic and Paralympic Games in compliance with the Host City Contract signed jointly by the International Olympic Committee (IOC), the two cities of Milano and Cortina and the Italian National Olympic Committee (CONI).

Furthermore, the Italian Paralympic Committee, the Regions of Lombardy and Veneto, as well as the Autonomous Provinces of Trento and Bolzano/Bozen are all partners in this major national-level project, with the support of the Italian Government.

Position:

The Graphic Designer supports the Milano Cortina 2026 Editorial Services Functional Area in the development of key digital and print publications listed on the Master Publications List.

The candidate will:

  • Support all FA requirements in terms of graphic design (editorial products, presentations, brochures and flyers, maps, reports, etc.);
  • Work with other FAs (mainly Brand, Identity and Look of the Games), external designers and agencies, printers to develop the highest quality output and a single tone of voice in all design projects;
  • Ensure that the design and selection of suppliers and materials follow the organisation’s sustainability standards.

Requirements:

Essential

  • Bachelor's degree in graphic design or related;
  • 3+ years' experience in the graphic design field;
  • Proficient in Adobe Suite (Acrobat, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, InCopy) and MS Office (Word, PowerPoint);
  • Excellent knowledge of printing processes;
  • Excellent command of the English language (both speaking and writing);
  • Demonstrated passion for design and creativity;
  • Experience in developing and using brands, following existing guidelines;
  • Ability to produce engaging visuals to engage clients and stakeholders;
  • Ability to work collaboratively with other designers, copywriters and project managers, both at junior and senior level.

DESIRABLE

  • Experience in major events;
  • Passionate about Olympic and Paralympic sports.
