Event Account Supervisor
TRO Italy is looking for an Account Supervisor for its Events Division. As the exclusive Italian representative of the Omnicom Experiential Group, TRO Italy is an experiential agency with a strong international focus, continually expanding in the industry.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and develop relationships with existing clients, both national and international, serving as the main point of contact;
• Identify new business opportunities and potential clients;
• Coordinate and manage a team of internal resources and, on occasion, freelancers;
• Oversee and coordinate the planning and execution process of events, working closely with the creative and operational teams;
• Ensure that events are successfully executed, adhering to established budgets and timelines;
• Constantly monitor and evaluate project performance;
• Maintain an in-depth knowledge of industry trends and best practices to ensure the services offered are cutting-edge.
Requirements:
• Proven experience in managing clients in the events and experiential activities sector;
• Ability to identify new business and sales opportunities;
• Excellent organizational, planning, communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills;
• In-depth knowledge of the events industry and marketing trends;
• Ability to manage complex projects and meet tight deadlines;
• Strong attention to detail and multitasking abilities;
• Creativity and out-of-the-box thinking;
• Excellent proficiency in the English language.
