YOUR MISSION AND ROLE

As a Stockist within our luxury universe, you play a vital role in the behind-the-scenes operations, ensuring the seamless flow of inventory and maintaining the boutique’s exceptional standards. Your responsibilities include :

  • Inventory Management:
  • Oversee the receipt, storage, and organization of luxury products, maintaining accurate inventory levels.
  • Implement effective inventory control measures to minimize discrepancies and losses.
  • Order Fulfillment & Organization :
  • Process and fulfill orders efficiently, ensuring accurate picking, packing, and shipping of products.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to fulfill client requests promptly.
  • Maintain an organized and visually appealing stockroom, reflecting the luxury standards of the brand.
  • Contribute to the aesthetic presentation of products in coordination with visual merchandisers.
  • Quality, Security & Loss Prevention:
  • Conduct regular quality checks on incoming and outgoing merchandise, reporting any discrepancies or damages.
  • Collaborate with relevant teams to address quality issues and maintain the highest standards.
  • Implement security measures to safeguard valuable inventory.
  • Work closely with security personnel to prevent theft and unauthorized access to stock areas.
  • Multi-collaboration :
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure timely replenishment of merchandise on the shop floor.
  • Communicate effectively with the operations team to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, operations, and management, to meet overall boutique objectives.
  • Provide support during stock-taking activities and contribute to the success of periodic audits.
  • Collaborate with Rinascente warehouse team, following the rules of the Mall.
  • Reporting and Documentation :
  • Generate regular reports on inventory levels, stock movement, and order fulfillment.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of all stock-related activities, including receipts, transfers, and returns.

YOUR PROFILE

  • Previous Experience: Proven experience in stock management within a luxury retail environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, effective communication and collaboration abilities. Very good organizational and multitasking abilities to maintain optimal stock levels.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Familiarity with inventory management software and systems.
  • Ability to lift and move heavy merchandise.
  • Commitment to Givenchy’s brand identity.
  • Passion: A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and exceeding sales targets.

Language Proficiency: Very good Italian and English language skills.
