HR Manager Italy

In this role you have the opportunity to manage employee care such as employee relations, performance optimization, deployment of HR strategic initiatives, well-being initiatives, communication for Versuni Italy, with a focus on the Innovation&Development, Digital Product proposition House, Quality and Procurement functions based in Casalecchio di Reno (Bologna).

You are part of the South Europe HR team, supporting employees across Italy, France, Spain and Greece. You will work closely with the other HRMs in our team as well as with our Admin & Payroll specialists and partner with Centres of Expertises colleagues within the HR function as well as HR colleagues from other regions globally.

The Impact you’ll make

You will be responsible for day-to-day HR tasks and employee care, such as:

• Educates and guides the workforce on all relevant people policies and procedures.
• Owns end-to-end employee experience through attraction, recruitment, onboarding, development, employee engagement, performance management, retention and separation, in close cooperation with Talent Acquisition and Rewards.
• Manages employee relations cases timely and in a cost-efficient manner in a way that benefits both the people and the organization, e.g. career issues, long term sickness, performance optimization.
• Drives HR communication and a positive company culture.
• Responsible for negotiating agreements and managing relations with trade unions.
• Partners with Research&Development, Operations and Digital Hub leaders to optimize success through transformative initiatives.
  
  

The Skills and Knowledge you’ll bring

• Minimum 4-6 years’ experience in HR
• Minimum Bachelors education level
• Sound judgment and maturity
• Passion for people, capability to build strong relationships and work with cross-functional teams
• Excellent communication skills with the ability and confidence to communicate and influence at all levels in both English and Italian
• Proven track record of accomplishments in an international environment, fast paced and consumer oriented
• Flexible/adaptable to change
• Knowledge of Italian Employment Law (including labor relations)
• Fluent in English and Italian
