Human Resources Manager

We are a multinational company and a leader in the energy sector, and we are looking for someone who shares our goals and adds value as a Human Resources Manager for renewable projects.


The person to be incorporated will perform, among others, the following functions:

Talent Management:

  • Oversee recruitment, selection, and retention processes.
  • Implement development and training programs to enhance staff skills and competencies.
  • Develop and maintain succession plans and retention strategies.

Labor Relations:

  • Manage labor relations and act as a liaison between management and employees.
  • Resolve labor conflicts and handle disciplinary situations according to company policies and legal regulations.

Performance and Evaluation:

  • Establish and monitor performance evaluation systems to ensure organizational objectives are met.
  • Provide feedback and guidance to employees to foster their professional and personal development.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Administer compensation and benefits programs to ensure competitiveness and internal equity.
  • Regularly review and update compensation and benefits policies according to market trends and company needs.

Compliance and Regulations:

  • Ensure compliance with all labor regulations and applicable laws.
  • Stay updated with labor laws and industry regulations to implement best HR practices.

Culture and Work Environment:

  • Foster a positive organizational culture and an inclusive, collaborative work environment.
  • Promote workplace safety and health through risk prevention programs and policies.

Strategy and Planning:

  • Collaborate with senior management to develop and execute HR strategies aligned with the company’s strategic goals.


Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field. A master’s degree in Human Resources or a similar field is highly desirable.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in an HR role.
