We are looking for an International Key Account Manager to join our IKA team,
The role involves developing assigned accounts, leading commercial negotiations and trade-marketing activation working in full alignment with the IKA director, trade and marketing teams and the International Sales Business units around the world.
📊 Your Day-to-day Activities
Develop trust relationships with customers, enlarging the network and building effective partnerships
Annual/seasonal commercial negotiations and coordination of the international strategy
Supervision of the contractual KPI execution (pricing, contributions)
Counterpart contract management & subsequent aligning with local business units
Coordination and monitoring of the trade-marketing investment
ROI Measuring
Drive monthly, quarterly and annual business performance review and forecasting
Business Development (networking and prospect scouting)
💡 Who we’re looking for
Degree in Economics or similar
Previous sales or trade marketing experience (preferably in a structured multinational company within the FMCG Sector)
Business acumen and an analytic approach with strategic perspective
Experience in building commercial policy, delivering assortment strategy, building terms & conditions
Flexibility and adaptability
Customer-focused approach
Enthusiastic and dynamic team player
Excellent level of spoken and written English
