The ideal candidate is a passionate, self-motivated, and detail-oriented team player who is committed to the success of our customers.
Objectives:
- The territory in this role will cover is Lazio, Abruzzo, Molise, Umbria, and Marche. Lazio (Rome)
- Ensure the achievement of the assigned area objectives and develop commercial activities, in compliance with Aspen policies, interfacing with the "decision makers" of Public and Private Entities in all phases of the drug purchasing process in order to optimize the commercial potential of the Aspen product portfolio
- Carry out, in accordance with company directives and in compliance with Legislative Decree 219/06, scientific information activities for doctors, illustrating the pharmacological and therapeutic characteristics of drugs in order to ensure their correct use.
- Report to the company the observations that emerge from the interview with the healthcare professional and in particular the information on the side effects of the drugs. Possess a suitable qualification, a high professional qualification and adequate scientific knowledge of the drugs that will be presented to doctors
- Within the scope of the relevant legal regulations, he/she may be called upon to carry out, according to the company's needs, additional activities, always in the area of relevance that involve skills, experience and responsibilities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in economic or scientific discipline
- 2+ years' of relevant work experience as RAM/CAM or a similar role in a pharmaceutical company
- Knowledge of sales processes in the hospital market and of the "hospital system"
- Knowledge of Economics/Financial Analysis
- Project Management
- Public Speaking/Presentation Skills
- Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
