Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Manage and guide HR services in Italy in accordance with global policies.
Provide business partnership and HR guidance to the local team.
Plan, design, and ensure the execution of HR services aligned with Theramex Global HR team.
Implement and maintain effective human resources processes.
Lead HR planning and strategy initiatives.
Oversee policy management, employee relations, and performance management.
Serve as an HR business partner, fostering collaboration and alignment.
Handle HR administration, compensation, and benefits management in alignment with global standards.
Drive talent acquisition and management strategies.
Facilitate learning and development initiatives.
Act as a legal contact for HR matters.
Minimum Requirements:
8+ years of experience in Human Resources.
Previous experience as a Human Resources Business Partner in an International Pharmaceutical Company.
Extensive knowledge of Italy HR policies, legislation, employment standards, and systems.
Ability to thrive within a complex matrix organizational structure.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
