About The Position
We have an exciting opportunity available for a hardworking Regional Account Manager to make a difference at Kraft Heinz! This position lies within the Italian Sales team, where you’ll be working in a successful team, always trying to reach the next level.
You’ll be reporting into the Area Manager Centro-Nord, taking ownership of the Away From Home channel, acting as a pivotal player in building positive relationships with the key stakeholders and growing the degree of trust and customer satisfaction.

Communication Skills - you’ll easily be exposed to senior management, no matter your level. Therefore, it’s relevant you have excellent interpersonal skills, to deal with all kinds of different stakeholders.

About The Position
We have an exciting opportunity available for a hardworking Regional Account Manager to make a difference at Kraft Heinz! This position lies within the Italian Sales team, where you’ll be working in a successful team, always trying to reach the next level.
You’ll be reporting into the Area Manager Centro-Nord, taking ownership of the Away From Home channel, acting as a pivotal player in building positive relationships with the key stakeholders and growing the degree of trust and customer satisfaction.
In brief, you will be responsible for
- Leading Away From Home Key Accounts in the central north area, maintaining, elevating and strengthen our key relationships with them and playing a key role on influencing customer satisfaction;
- Initiating commercial relationships with targeted new prospects and deliver excellent sales fundamentals performance.
- Developing the Annual Operating Plan (annual agreements, pricing, new products & innovation listings, and campaign developments) and implement it for the assigned customer accounts.
- Developing the Away From Home channel with Innovation and Trade Marketing activities and identify & implement opportunities for growth.
Hard Skills
- College Degree or Master Degree
- 1 – 3 years’ proven experience in sales (sell-in or sell-out)
- Ownership attitude, push to learn through new challenges and capability to get results and lead independently of age/role
- Data-driven and analytical approach
- High proficiency in English
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint Skills
