The document does what it says in the title: It describes the state of affairs
– assembling data from various organizations along with own observations, and
creating the context around them.

As such, the document does not touch on typical ART area issues.

There is just a single editorial note I have: The fing.com URL is not a link,
presumably because it was not a Cool URI and is now 404. That oddity might be
less intrusive if the link were converted into an informative reference, where
in the bibliography both the original URI and the latest wayback machine's
snapshot[1] are given.
