Arkhitects on the Growth plan are placed in their own dedicated customer support channel with various members of the support and development teams, including Arkhia’s CTO. This enables efficient cooperation on any problems facing Arkhitects. It also ensures downtime is minimised and that the quality of the user experience is minimally affected.
Enterprise Arkhitects can request even more dedicated support during times of heightened activity such as during a token mint, a Hackathon, or a Learn and Earn sessions. The Arkhia team can be on standby to deal with bandwidth or API issues that may arise due to the high volume of data being requested from the Mirror Node.
