| Feb 19, 2020 at 21:42 | comment | added | V2Blast | Also: "I'm not sure why you need to send them a survey, almost all of them left feedback in a "why I'm resigning" post." - I think many mods that have resigned, whether recently or further back, do not fully share their thoughts publicly when they resign, either for personal reasons or to avoid drama (or some other reason) - and also because some of that may relate to things that occurred in private channels (e.g. the TL and the Stack Mods team). SE reaching out privately to them for feedback is important too. This also applies going forward, not just to mods who resigned in the past. | |

And thus, "standardizing" the process effectively means "figuring out a process that ensures we [SE Inc.] are regularly reading and responding to Meta posts and moderators' questions". That's just my interpretation, though. | |
