Do they double-down on mistakes, refusing to change course and admit error, or are they flexible enough to correct problems before they escalate? That's why I don't hold specific individuals at SE fully to blame... they were probably acting as they were expected to act. It's tough for an organization to change course, so I wish Teresa all the best. It will require determination. | |

Removing it would benefit company and user alike. It would be a good test to see whether SE could actually do a simple, obvious, mutually beneficial change. So many of their recent mistakes had no-brainer solutions that they just refused to do, out of misplaced pride or just misunderstanding the circumstances and consequences. | |
