Re relying on votes and recent activity - for sure. Keep in mind that our goal is, in part, to trial this entire process from start to finish. This quarter's selection process was focused on producing a list of uncontroversial and readily recognizable community requests. The goal was to do just enough triage to get us started - other quarters might use a different process!
