Walid Arabi works in our Montreal office and recently completed his first half-marathon, which he found to be very fulfilling — especially considering his lack of experience in long-distance running. Training for the race, and then participating in it, taught Walid the power of setting goals, the resilience to overcome obstacles, and a belief that, “With determination and perseverance, we have that possibility to achieve greater.” Now Walid plans to challenge himself further by participating in a full marathon next year.
