We've all seen incredible professionals who, despite lacking a university degree, have built successful careers through sheer determination and practical experience. Yet, an academic degree is often a non-negotiable requirement in most job descriptions. We praise self-made experts, but they face a major barrier: the lack of academic credentials. 📜 It's true, a degree shows dedication, discipline, and expertise. But, let's not forget the value of skills gained through experience. These can be equally, if not more, important. ⚖ Life circumstances may have led some of the brightest minds away from the traditional educational path, but that doesn't lessen their potential or capability. So, how do we measure the value of each? How do we compare? 🤔 It starts with a change in perspective - valuing the person behind the paper and what they are truly capable of achieving.
