This collaboration aims to create a comprehensive digital healthcare gateway for patients, medical professionals, and caregivers, encompassing: 𝗠𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝗖𝗮𝗹𝗹 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗦𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗶𝗰𝗲 𝗖𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗿𝗲: A communication hub linked with Spectator’s BiDiApp, a white-label and customizable mobile application for customers and patients in urban areas. 𝗧𝗲𝗹𝗲-𝗮𝘀𝘀𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗥𝗼𝗼𝗺𝘀 (𝗧𝗔𝗥𝘀): Facilities dedicated to providing Telehealth services to customers and patients in more remote/rural areas. As part of the itinerary, Ingrid Thijssen (Chairwoman of VNO-NCW) visited our Invest International 'Dutch Desk' as started by Edwin van Veenhuizen in collaboration with Access Bank Plc, to discuss the success of the Dutch Desk one year in, as well as future projects that exemplify Dutch innovation and entrepreneurship in Nigeria. Additionally, the visit included meetings with representatives from Dutch companies like DSM, Lumos Global, Forkliftcenter and KLM Royal Dutch Airlines which have benefited from the presence of the Dutch Desk in Nigeria. 🌟 𝐆𝐫𝐨𝐞𝐢𝐞𝐧 𝐨𝐯𝐞𝐫 𝐝𝐞 𝐆𝐫𝐞𝐧𝐬 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟒 𝐄𝐯𝐞𝐧𝐭 On June 24th, we hosted the 𝐆𝐫𝐨𝐞𝐢𝐞𝐧 𝐨𝐯𝐞𝐫 𝐝𝐞 𝐆𝐫𝐞𝐧𝐬 Seminar together with Atradius Dutch State Business. We brought together Dutch exporters for an afternoon of inspiration and valuable insights. Here are some key takeaways from the event: ✅ Exploring financing options for SMEs exporting and investing abroad: For smaller companies and smaller transactions abroad, many are unaware of the financing possibilities beyond traditional banks. Organizations like Invest International and Atradius Dutch State Business offer not just alternatives but also additional support that can make bank financing feasible. These smaller transactions are especially appealing as innovative Dutch technologies often emerge from smaller businesses. ✅ Navigating global trade amidst protectionism: Businesses should not be deterred from pursuing international opportunities due to rising protectionist policies. Even though trade might slow down, it always recovers. ✅ De-risking projects with the right partners: With financing becoming increasingly risk-averse, it's crucial to collaborate with parties that can help de-risk projects, ensuring sustainable growth and expansion. ✅ Adapting to geopolitical tensions: Current geopolitical tensions are impacting the global economy, leading to reduced financial and economic stability and increased risk. However, history shows us that recovery is inevitable. This is the moment to anticipate better times and not be discouraged by crisis headlines. There are likely many more insights from this event! This support allows Rabobank to finance Baltussen's expansion in Tanzania.    Baltussen will utilize the loan proceeds to enhance the canning factory of their subsidiary, African Vegetables Company in Moshi, Tanzania. AVL produces vegetable jars for both the European and African markets 🫘    Established over 150 years ago, Baltussen is renowned for pioneering new food trends.
