Today, we celebrated groundbreaking on the construction of LDC’s new, state-of-the-art soybean processing plant in Upper Sandusky, Ohio, US. 🌿 When complete by March 2026, the site will have annual capacity to: • Crush 1,500,000 MT of soybeans • Produce 320,000 MT of soybean oil 🌍 The new facility will boost our presence in growing edible oil and animal feed markets, and create opportunities in renewable energy feedstock markets, further reinforcing LDC’s position as a trusted partner to food, feed and energy industry customers. 🏗️ Complementing our existing regional industrial and logistics network, the new plant will employ over 100 people locally, contribute to local economic growth and enable us to partner with Ohio’s soy farmers in bringing their product to market.
