MVGM at Expo Real in Munich DE   EXPO REAL (Messe München) in Munich is an absolute MUST for all Real Estate Players. We're excited to announce that our participation was a success for #MVGM. Not only did we foster existing relationships with current clients, but we also had the pleasure of connecting with potential clients.   A particular highlight was our exclusive client dinner, where we hosted around 25 guests. It proved to be an successful evening of engaging conversations and strengthened bonds.   Although the Expo has ended, the real work begins now. We're gearing up for a successful follow-up and look forward to more collaborations. On that note, we're pleased to confirm that MVGM will be returning to Expo Real in 2024.   MVGM Deutschland also secured a significant contract with Beno Holding AG during the event. A leading real estate portfolio holder specializing in #LightIndustrial, Beno Holding AG has entrusted us with the property management of nine properties across the nation, amounting to an impressive 120,000 m² of usable space. Our collaboration officially kicks off on 01.01.2024.   A big thank you to everyone involved in making this Expo memorable. As of 15 August 2023, Pauline Dusseldorf will be our new Managing Director of MVGM Luxembourg. Pauline comes with a wealth of experience being active in the real estate and property management business for more than 10 years. As she has previously worked at JLL and MVGM, she knows the team and our company very well. Pauline is an excellent fit to our culture and our core values, which we shield firmly at #MVGM.
