Wij zijn enthousiast over AI en de potentie ervan binnen zowel recruitment als IT. Achter de schermen werken we hard aan het optimaliseren van onze sourcing, interviews en recruitmentprocessen met behulp van AI-tools. We verkennen continu de invloed van #AI op verschillende professionele rollen en hoe het ons dagelijks leven en denken beïnvloedt. Aanvankelijk was onze #vloggenderecruiter en Employer Branding Specialist Gözde Yilmaz sceptisch over het gebruik van dergelijke tools, uit vrees dat ze haar creativiteit zou beperken. Echter, in de loop van de tijd heeft ze ervaren dat deze tools haar productiviteit juist verhogen en nu ziet ze deze als waardevolle hulpmiddelen die haar tijd besparen.
