Admin Assistant | ASAP Start | 3 month contract + potential extensions| Hybrid working in Amsterdam
We’re seeking a dedicated Admin Assistant to join a thriving team, at a well known brand in entertainment. You'll support executives with a variety of administrative tasks, ensuring smooth operations and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide interim support to executives, managing complex calendars and adapting to changing needs.
Schedule and confirm internal and external meetings.
Handle administrative tasks, including travel and expense reports.
Communicate with stakeholders both inside and outside the organization.
Assist the content team with updating documents, drafting amendments, and managing content submissions.
Manage tools and update documents and trackers for internal and external systems.
Support the team with projects such as building presentations, organizing events, and conducting research.
Requirements:
4+ years of experience as an assistant supporting senior-level directors or executives.
Experience in the entertainment or creative industry is a plus.
Fluency in English.
Strong team player with the ability to operate in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information discreetly.
Flexible and responsive to urgent matters, even after hours.
Excellent prioritization skills and responsiveness.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to multitask.
Proficiency in Google Docs, Sheets, Slides, and Gmail.
