Customer Service Representative

Due to huge growth, we are now hiring for 5 additional Customer Service Agents / Klantenservice Medewerker for the Dutch market team. Your main duties will be to handle inbound calls and emails from customers. The ideal candidate loves talking to people and proactively solving issues.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with the Dutch market customers via phone and email
• Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about the services (full training is provided)
• Answer calls efficiently whilst providing excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of Customer Service work experience
• Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills in Dutch - business English is also required

Package

• Starting salaries ranging from €2700 to €3400 euros-per-month
• €100 euros monthly lunch and work from home benefit (additional to salary)
