Customer Services Advisor

We have a position for a Customer Services Advisor to join our team at Buttermilk Lane, Bolsover, Chesterfield on a temporary 6 month basis. Peak Pharmacy are a family run Pharmacy chain, and we employ over 1500 employees across the company.

This role is 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8 hours per day (with 30 mins for lunch). This role could be a possible job share, with two part time roles, instead if preferred.

This Position Will Involve

• Planning and administration with assisting in running successful Covid and Flu Vaccination campaigns.
• Role will include time shared with the Customer Service team.
• Working within a team (but must also have the ability to use own initiative and work solo when required).
• Taking telephone calls from patients and customers
• Running Covid and Flu vaccination campaigns
  
  

The ideal candidate will;

• Have excellent attention to detail
• Good customer service skills (part of the role will include talking to customers / patients on the phone).
• Have excellent IT skills (Excel and MS Teams / Forms)
• Be committed and self-motivated
• Be able to deliver excellent customer service and work as part of a team
• Manage a fast-paced workload

Salary for all positions is dependent on previous experience.
