Reporting to: Order Management EMEA Lead
Are you fluent in Dutch and passionate about providing exceptional customer service? We’re looking for an Analyst Order Management to join our team in the Leiden area. This role is crucial for ensuring smooth Order to Cash management and delivering top-notch customer service for our clients customers.

Key Skills:
Proficiency in SAP, D365, or equivalent ERP systems.
Strong order management experience.
Fluent in Dutch; French is a bonus.
Excellent customer service skills.
Outstanding verbal and written communication.
Team player with good knowledge of Excel, Teams, and Outlook.
Your Responsibilities:
Order to Cash Management: Oversee multiple delivery channels, handle standard and sample orders, check inventory, and confirm orders.
Customer Assistance: Address queries, resolve issues, and manage invoice queries with Accounts Receivable.
Logistics Coordination: Work with the warehouse for repacks, labelling, special deliveries, and onboard new customers.
Documentation: Produce shipping documents and consolidate loads for efficient delivery.
Relationship Building: Develop and maintain relationships with customers and sales account managers.
Service Excellence: Provide the highest level of customer service to internal and external contacts.
Administrative Duties: Perform general administration tasks to support the team.
