Summary
Eagle Eye Networks is seeking a Director of Marketing to lead Partner Marketing efforts in Europe, from strategy to developing and executing programs that enable the growth and development of new and existing partners to communicating timely Eagle Eye updates through email, webinars, and other marketing tactics. This role works cross-functionally and collaborates with sales to drive deeper engagement, loyalty, and revenue opportunities with existing partners through joint marketing efforts and available partner benefits. Responsibilities also include working with select partners to increase engagement, improve the partner experience, and evaluate the marketing performance of partners to provide recommendations.
Responsibilities
Own the regional marketing plan in Europe, from strategy to execution in alignment with global initiatives and sales objectives, including digital marketing, lead nurturing campaigns, supporting reseller partner programs, social media posts within Europe (as needed), supporting promotion of local events, etc.
Collaborate with Director of Marketing, Americas to shape the global Partner Marketing and Reseller Partner Programs vision and strategy to support program development, marketing efforts for partners, and partner communications within relevant regions
Plan and manage regional marketing spend, reporting, and ROI for specific initiatives and campaigns in Europe.
Lead relevant regional partner communications to ensure timely, effective partner communication through emails, webinars, partner portal, etc., with segmented and custom communications by region or key account(s) as appropriate
Collaborate with global marketing event team to provide regional event recommendations, localize broader brand awareness, demand generation campaigns and partner programs as appropriate (e.g., positioning/relevance by region, translations)
Collaborate cross functionally with sales, product, marketing, and customer success to ensure the program benefits, communication tactics, and content align with the organization’s priorities each quarter (e.g., product launches, Jump Start, technical certifications)
Collaborate cross functionally with the Tech Partner Program Manager, product, and marketing stakeholders to plan and launch new tech partner integrations
Develop, manage, and execute marketing programs with top key accounts and focus partners to support revenue growth as needed within region
Assist partners with writing and creating partner joint value propositions, sales enablement, and/or customer content in collaboration with the Eagle Eye brand team as needed within region
Plan and manage regional marketing spend, reporting, and ROI for specific initiatives and campaigns in Europe.
Lead and mentor a team of marketers, providing guidance and support to meet business objectives
Continuously assess the effectiveness of partner communications and programs through metrics and feedback, making data-driven improvements as needed
Consult with product team on recommendations for improvements to drive engagement, etc. within the partner portal as needed
Consult with demand generation team on partner recruiting strategy as needed
Consult with the onboarding team to refine the partner onboarding process as needed
Assist in the development of case studies and testimonials as needed to support partners and the sales team
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in partner marketing and programs
Act as a partner advocate within the organization, ensuring that multiple target audience needs and feedback are properly addressed

Experience
Minimum of 9 years of experience managing marketing programs or channel programs, preferably in the technology industry
Minimum of 5 years of people manager experience
Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills
Ability to lead within a fast-paced, high-growth work environment
Ability to prioritize initiatives based on the evolving needs of the company, making strategic recommendations to leadership
Strong ability to build consensus across cross-functional teams with a focus on data and metrics-driven decision making when possible
A problem-solver with a proven track record of creativity and innovation
SaaS sales experience is a plus
