We are a global leader in power supplies, renowned for our innovative solutions and exceptional service. Our Industrial Medical Lighting (IML) division, based in Helmond, The Netherlands, is dedicated to delivering High-Quality Standard Power Supply Solutions to our EMEA customers. We are seeking a talented and motivated Field Application Engineer (FAE) to join our dynamic team.

Position Summary

The Field Application Engineer (FAE) will provide technical support and expertise to our EMEA customers for the IML product line. The successful candidate will work closely with our sales team, R&D, and customers to ensure the optimal integration and performance of our products. This role requires a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to customers in the EMEA region, addressing inquiries and resolving technical issues related to the IML product line.
• Assist customers in the design and implementation of our power supply solutions, ensuring compatibility and optimal performance.
• Conduct product demonstrations, technical training, and presentations to customers and partners.
• Collaborate with the sales team to identify customer needs and propose appropriate solutions.
• Work closely with R&D and product management to communicate customer feedback and contribute to product development and improvement.
• Travel to customer sites and industry events as required (up to 30% travel).
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, technologies, and competitor products.
  
  

Additional Information

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Field Application Engineer or similar role in the power supplies / Electronics industry.
• Strong technical knowledge of power supply products, particularly in the industrial and medical / lighting sectors.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think analytically and critically.
• Proficiency in English is mandatory; additional European languages and Mandarin are a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to travel within the EMEA region as needed
