As part of our On Trade & Luxury Organization you will be responsible for national customers serving the On Trade & Specialty Store Universe in the Netherlands. With the key objective to accelerate customer relationships and strengthen the route-to-consumer strategy of our brands in a focus channel you will operate in a flexible and dynamic environment with high business impact.

As part of our On Trade & Luxury Organization you will be responsible for national customers serving the On Trade & Specialty Store Universe in the Netherlands. With the key objective to accelerate customer relationships and strengthen the route-to-consumer strategy of our brands in a focus channel you will operate in a flexible and dynamic environment with high business impact.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Accountability and ownership of customer P&Ls; responsible for forecasting, commercial planning, reporting and investment / budget management
- Run day-to-day business with National On Trade & Luxury Wholesalers as well as national Specialty Store Chains
- Comprehensive analysis of the relevant customer and category data including the derivation of specific strategies, guidelines, and measures.
- Development of customer-specific commercial & marketing concepts including budget planning as well as control and support of new product launches and sales campaigns.
- Achieve and increase sales, turnover, and metric indicators as well as analyzing market opportunities and potential.
- Establish and foster relationships across partners in the channel.
- Plan and conduct annual negotiations.
- Intensive cooperation with the On Trade & Luxury field teams and with important internal interfaces such as Commercial Finance & Marketing.
- Further development of the sales channel through communication of the status quo, derivation and implementation of recommendations for even greater exploitation of potentials.
- Entrepreneurial and strategical personality who is highly motivated and enjoys working as a team in an ever changing market dynamic.
- Excellent analytical skills, assertiveness, and interpersonal skills.
- Customer centric approach and willingness to think outside of the box.
- Completed degree in business administration or comparable training/experience.
- Experience as key account manager on a national level or in a comparable position. Cross-Functional Experience in the FMCG industry is a plus.
- Proficient in English and Dutch.
