We market our skincare via different business models: direct-to-consumer via our own websites (in UK, Germany, France, The Netherlands, Italy, Denmark), via marketplaces (Amazon and Bol.com), via selected retail partners, including Galeries Lafayette, Space NK, Selfridges, De Bijenkorf, Douglas, and via selected e-tailers including Skincity and CultBeauty.

Logistic Coordinator (Back-office)


As logistic coordinator you are the centre of our Logistic department. You are the first point of contact for our B2B partners, the internal organization as well as our 3PL. You are a true multi-tasker. You like to make use of excel, to-do lists as well and numbers. You live ‘service-with-a-smile mentality. This role falls under the Supply Chain department, currently consisting out of 8 team-players. You will report directly into our Team lead logistics.


What will you do?


  • Receive the orders of our B2b partners. You analyze the orders and process them.
  • The whole aftercare process of those orders. Assist our B2B partners with all of their questions. You solve potential issues for those orders.
  • You make sure all of the logistic processes are clear for our internal stakeholders, our B2b partners as well as our 3PLs.
  • You communicate current statuses of the B2B orders with the B2B partners as well within the company.
  • You process Purchase Orders in our ERP system (Netsuite).
  • You optimize your own work; you are always looking for greater efficiency.
  • You assist our supply planners by e.g. processing the Amazon orders, or ordering non-product items.


What do you bring?


  • MBO+/HBO work/think proviciency
  • Experience with Excel
  • Excellent in English and Dutch
  • Strong communication skills
  • Likes to solve issues
  • Hands-on, multi-tasker, proactive, flexible and independent
  • Strong organizational skills (planning)
  • True teamplayer
  • Experience with ERP systems is a plus, we work with Netsuite (Oracle)
