The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. From scheduling client meetings, to communicating between departments, you will be responsible for completing multi-level tasks in a professional and timely manner.
Responsibilities
General Administration Activities:
Coordinating the operational tasksrequired forthe operation of the company
Reception of guests, business partners, representation
Organizing and managing the businesstrips of employees
Coordinating the procurement of non-production materials necessary for the operation of
the company
Contact with service providers (authorities, property owner, IT, accounting, etc.)
HR activities:
Manage the recruitment processto build up the new organization in the Netherlands
Set up the HR structure / processes and guidelines for the office in alignment with Ananda
HR standards
Provide the management team and employees with personal support, advice and guidance
for all HR matters (social legislation, career management, recruitment, training,
remuneration etc.)
Businesssupport activities:
Dutch office advertising materials management, including receipt and delivery and inventory
management.
Dutch office decoration and product display.
Participate in and assist in various exhibitions and activitiesin Europe.
Assist in the contact and relationship maintenance with European media, KOLs and other
partners.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
