Our pioneering work in CAR-T cell therapy represents a transformative approach to cancer treatment. By implementing a novel, decentralized cell therapy manufacturing model, we aim to deliver efficient, 7-day time-to-treatment solutions that avoid complex logistics, potentially resulting in better patient outcomes and broader access to life-saving therapies.

We are seeking a Senior Supply Chain Planning Consultant for a 6-month project to support this ground-breaking work.

Key Responsibilities:

Forecasting and Demand Planning:

• Maintain an accurate forecasting tool using actual data, clinical trends, and stakeholder inputs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (R&D, Manufacturing, QC, Site Management, Clinical Operations) to gather demand-related insights.
• Conduct analysis of demand patterns, consumption variations, and market trends with the S&OP Manager to generate precise forecasts.
• Monitor and refine forecasting models for optimal performance.

Material Consumption Analysis:

• Analyse material consumption patterns based on actual data, production plans, and demand forecasts.
• Identify potential supply chain risks or bottlenecks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Work with suppliers and procurement teams to ensure timely material availability.

Order Management:

• Oversee the entire order management process from placement to fulfilment.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external suppliers to ensure on-time, accurate product delivery.
• Proactively address issues or delays in order fulfilment.

Vendor Management:

• Engage with vendors and suppliers to ensure adherence to OTIF and SLAs.
• Follow up on open orders and estimated delivery times.

Master Data Management:

• Maintain master data parameters for demand planning and forecasting.
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of data inputs for supply/demand planning activities.
• Work with IT and other teams to enhance data management processes.

SAP:

• Participate in SAP system improvements, specifically in demand planning and forecasting modules.
• Provide recommendations for system configuration and customization based on business needs.
• Collaborate with IT and external consultants for smooth SAP operations.

Who Are You?

• Master’s degree with a minimum of 8 years of experience in Supply Chain Management.
• Experience in the Life Sciences sector is a plus.
• Strong proficiency in demand planning and forecasting.
• Expertise with SAP, particularly in demand planning and forecasting modules.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across diverse teams.
