Responsibilities

Data Analysis & Optimization: 

Analyse data to identify trends, optimize processes, and drive efficiency in our outbound operations.

SOP Development: 

Create and maintain a comprehensive SOP (Standard Operating Procedure) knowledge database to streamline our operations.

Resource Management: 

Continuously seek new resources and methods to improve our outbound strategies.

Cross-Department Collaboration: 

Work closely with different departments to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.

Critical & Analytical Thinking: 

Apply various theories and methodologies to solve complex problems and enhance operational effectiveness.

Adaptability: 

Thrive in a dynamic environment where changes occur frequently, often within a short time frame.

• Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with various departments.
