I had a very frustrating experience trying to buy a simple cable from the OnePlus store. During checkout, I was repeatedly asked to link my mobile number. When I finally got to the device linking option, it told me my number was already linked with another device. This made the purchasing process unnecessarily complicated. It's much more difficult than using other e-commerce apps like Amazon, where checkout is straightforward and hassle-free.

One of the worst brand... Tech issue with mobiles camera and display and also wireless headphones. Also service center is useless citing available Monday to Sunday and when came they simply say it is closed due to some electricity issue.... Other China brands are far better than them... Far poor than the poorest... Even if handed over it takes more than a month get get back...

Please don't buy one please product, they will not support anything after the warranty is over. I bought OnePlus buds pro. After one year one month buds show battery issue. Even the customer support denied for paid service as well. It's like waste of 10k earbuds. Today I have thrown my earbuds. Total waste of money.
