Fine as long as you NEVER need to change devices. Which is obviously unrealistic. Easily the biggest flaw with this app is that they make it very difficult for you to use your account on a new device, the process is unnecessarily complicated. And if you're trying to switch from an iPhone to Android or vice versa - forget it! Per their own Support/Help section, it is currently impossible to transfer your DuoMobile account cross-platform, all u can do is delete your old account and start all over.

So, the connect to a new phone doesn't appear in the settings for me which is a huge pain to figure out how to get my phone set up for it again. It has the accounts moved over, but all access is denied unless the old phone shows the feature. Both say version 4.67. Is it only supposed to appear when you prompt it on a new device or is something wrong with the app? It only has restore and notifications in settings.

Easy to connect with the other person and picture quality is naturally affected due to lighting. If the room is dimly lit, it's pretty hard to see the other person. However when the room is lit well, you can see the other person just fine. And I feel like that's just naturally the case. So it's not the apps fault. All and all, it's been a pretty good experience so far. I did lose picture to the other person a few times while communicating with people and the only reason why I rated 4 out of 5.
