It used to be a good app but recently the complain function that is used to report wrong or missing deliveries is not working, and lately there have been multiple mistakes in the delivered items which shows a clear decline in the quality of service. There are better alternatives than this.

It used to be a good app, but for the last six months or so, I couldn't submit a complaint, the feature is there but somehow disabled, the text fields and camera button don't work, I tried this on multiple versions and different devices, it's the same which means it's intentional, I got few wrong deliveries that I couldn't report, today is the last one, so I'm not going to use this app anymore, there are better alternatives.

I have been using the HS app for 2 months averaging atleast 1 order per day. While majority of the times there are no hiccups, should you ever face an issue, then don't expect the issue to be resolved. You will be completely frustrated and wish you never used the app. Also, their rewards program is practicaly useless. Though HS rewards with you plenty of points, you can hardy use these points. I am certainly going to explore other options!
