Participate in tournaments with your team of gladiators as you employ bribes and assassinations to weaken your enemies. Acquire gladiators from your competitors, or sell them if you lose interest. Train them with new skills and upgrade their stats to dominate the colosseum.
Gladiator Manager is a strategic management game with an auto-battler component. It operates on a turn-based system, where each turn is divided into two primary segments. The first segment focuses on actions such as leveling up your gladiators, managing your finances, building upkeep, tournament registration, gladiator acquisition, and opponent sabotage. The second segment is combat preparation and execution: picking equipment and setting up bribes.
The game progresses through various phases, starting from the initial setup (turns 1-50), moving into a more complex mid-game (turns 50-150), and offering late-game gameplay variation and additional content (after turn 150). Through an ascension system, you can do over 10 re-runs with mutators, and there are 3 difficulty settings to complete your games on.
To organise your gladiators effectively, you handle their injuries, and maintain their loyalty. Level up their attributes, select techniques, and choose fighting styles to optimise their performance in battle.

Good game, I binged it for like 6 hours and found it incredibly nice, however, after becoming the top Ludus, and all your gladiators become super powerful, it becomes really repetitive. Of course, I've yet to unlock everything, and still have to try the hard mode, but knowing how the "endgame" is going to be, I don't find much motivation to go back. Aside from all this, the 6 hours I played were very entertaining, would recommend.

Absolutely what I was looking for with a phone game. I really don't have any complaints. It's a table top gladiator sim with a great visual aid. Sweet, simple, to the point yet deceitfully in depth. Having a knowledge of what gladiator classes were strong or weak to others has a big impact on the outcome. I'm on my first run, week 90-100. Only lost a handful of battles. Champion is a unit. Gold cache is loaded. I hope to see a feature in the future for us to battle our friends.

A fun business management Sim. No ads, in-app purchases are optional as you can get the same resource by completing achievements. I did have a few issues. I thought the starting heritage equipment was one for each gladiator I get like in Civ. Maybe put a 1x next to it. The NPC gladiators are better equipped and are higher level from the start making it hard to advance, they also level up quicker even when I'm celtic and win fights regularly. Mining helps little and the security event is too soon

You can upgrade the mine building, and sometimes you will get events to invest more into mining, that's when it really takes off, but yes the focus is on winning battles with tour gladiators. Thanks for playing!

New upgrade: Restoration of Troy! Troy has fallen into disrepair, but with the help of influential Romans such as the lanista this can perhaps be restored to its former glory. A new adventure and tournament with legendary rewards await!
