TempStars Expansion Through North America

I was hired as a Fractional Growth and Marketing leader to build a Go-To-Market playbook that would set the business up to expand outside Ontario and all across North America. TempStars had had some success in their expansion and were looking to accelerate that further.
RESULTS
1) Expansion into 2 American and 1 Canadian Cities
- Within 2 months we had been able to get a sizeable foothold in Chicago which meant we could roll back incentives

RESULTS

- Within 2 months we had been able to get a sizeable foothold in Chicago which meant we could roll back incentives
- Within 5 months we were posting week on week growth in Boston and Vancouver.
2) Repeatable Go To Market Playbook
- Successfully created and validated.
3) Uncovering of Unique USPs
- Through deep and thorough competitor analysis ( using a modified Blue Ocean Strategy) we identified USPs that set TempStars apart.
4) Pathway to Hypergrowth
- By entering into a certain number of new cities in 2024 the business would be able to hit its growth targets.
