However, the reason for my review is because I've never worked with a company's Customer Service that responds so quickly with not only an understanding of the issue but also resolves it, immediately. 100% guarantee and satisfaction IS what they offer. Just send an email straight from the instructions provided with the pumice in the kit (it's a lot quicker than using a 3rd party when they'll be sending it straight to the company, anyway). They immediately refunded me AND expedited me 4 new Pumice stones PLUS their Foot Balm. WOW, and all within 12 hrs. Their customer service reps (or whomever is responding to emails) deserves a raise/more praise.
