Calluses literally can be very easily removed with very little effort. I think it is a perfect way to bring the best results at home doing your own pedicures and mitigating any risk of products similarly listed but without the necessary knowledge and skills to ensure safety and having less than desirable results. This is also a sustainable product that has been working perfectly for over two months and I use it multiple times each week. I was very surprised at the lasting effectiveness of this foot file that is not showing any signs of usage degradation. That is very rare for foot files. So I can highly recommend this for a reliable foot file that will last substantially longer than expected and offers a ease of use that is unparalleled in the category in which it is in. The value is excellent. The size is perfect for a foot file. The appearance is very appealing and it has a good quality construction.

I've used this combined with the cracked heel balm, and a callus remover gel while using a pumice stone to remove the dissolved skin. My feet are softer than they have ever been! Firstly, I love how the file is such great quality! It's so easy to clean and dries fast. It sort of files, and smooths at the same time which is pretty interesting. I'll be using this every week to maintain the results that I currently have :) I can actually FEEL sensation when I touch my heels, and I can feel temperature. The cracks are no longer visible. My feet no longer catch on sheets and socks. I will NEVER buy a different file. I will 100% be a return customer and that sais a lot for me. Considering previous reviews, along with my experience this far, I'd have to say this will last much longer than the typical sandpaper ish files that lose effectiveness after the first use. I'm FINALLY not embarrassed to wear my Crocs without people potentially seeing how neglected my heels looked. ALSO, this file has been able to remove dead skin in the natural lines on my feet. Usual files don't remove it. But this one does! (Just an FYI .. you can get these results even without using the other products I mentioned, I just used them because I needed to.) By maintaining my results, I won't need a callus remover gel, or a pumice stone. This item is a 10/10.

This did a decent enough job but doesn’t really smooth rough surfaces all that well.

It’s summertime and that means I’m barefoot outside 24/7, my heels were taking a hit and I hoped this would help keep them smooth. The tool works for a small amount of hard skin but if you have cracked or rough spots it won’t take off a bulk amount of the problem.

The tool is a good price, easy to store in a bathroom drawer but I’d get a more durable tool if you have rougher skin !

Four stars because it’s still a good product for the right job, does get skin powder everywhere!
