Every June, a select group of students and graduates arrive at our Stockholm Lab for 8 weeks to show us how it’s done. These exceptional individuals are our Summer Sanians, and Anya Chopra is one of them. Anya joined us just 2 weeks after completing her MBA in Boston. New to Stockholm and her Engagement role, she dove in head first—solving complex challenges for some of our largest partners within days. We asked Anya to share why choosing Sana meant defying the status quo, how her experience differs from previous workplaces, and what she’s enjoying most about Stockholm life.

It’s been quite the year for Erica Svejderud. Since joining Sana last fall as a senior designer, the creative challenges have continued to grow—from product release campaigns to this year’s Sana AI Summit and beyond. She’s risen to every single one. Discover what surprised Erica the most about joining a scaleup, why aesthetics wasn’t the only reason she chose Sana, and how her rescue dog Sam is teaching her the importance of finding joy in the everyday.

One thing I truly miss about standing in front of a classroom of children is their zero hesitation in asking questions. For me, innovation starts with a question. Let’s make sure no question goes unasked. Whether it's to clarify something or to challenge an idea, this intuitive skill—to bravely ask questions when something isn’t clear or when you simply disagree—is often forgotten or intentionally ignored as we grow older. For their summer release, Sana asked me to share my thoughts on how we can reclaim this lost art. Let’s leverage AI and keep the childlike spirit alive to ask more questions. I don't think AI's ultimate impact on L&D is about more and better content creation. This is the tip of the iceberg. Beyond the surface, there's an opportunity for L&D to transform. Transform into those who are strategic. Those who look at the organization as a system. Those who lift blockers for people & organizations to learn and grow. Those who look at connection and experience first. I think Sana is onto something. And I'm quite proud to call them our partners on so many levels. They recently invited me to share some of my thoughts about the future of L&D for their summer release (which has a very cool name: Renaissance). While I don't have a crystal ball 🔮, I'm open to dreaming and sharing my thoughts with those who listen - and they definitely listen! Check their full release here: https://lnkd.in/d5pVwUXk
