“As an international student, I chose to further my education with Kaplan as it offers over 450 programmes and certifications for higher education and skills development. However, what attracted me most about the Kaplan Diploma was the possible completion of the programme in 8 months, which would undoubtedly give me a head start amongst my peers and a competitive edge at work in future. Choosing to major in Accountancy was an obvious choice as Mathematics has been my favourite subject since young. I believe that, with a qualification in Accountancy, employment opportunities will be aplenty across a wide range of industries as every company needs to monitor and evaluate its finances. My lecturers at Kaplan were very helpful and approachable. They made sure students understood each concept and if we had more questions, they were easily accessible by email. Upon completion of my Kaplan Diploma, I continued to further my education with Kaplan and am currently pursuing my Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy and Financial Management with the University of Portsmouth. My experience at Kaplan has been wonderful so far. On top of a well-structured assessment method, Kaplan also helps us to acquire skills outside of the school curriculum by arranging different workshops. 𝐒𝐡𝐨𝐮𝐭𝐨𝐮𝐭 𝐭𝐨 𝐑𝐨𝐧𝐧𝐢𝐞, 𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐢𝐧𝐬𝐩𝐢𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐠𝐫𝐚𝐝𝐮𝐚𝐭𝐞 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐃𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐢𝐜𝐭 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐫 𝐚𝐭 𝐒𝐭𝐚𝐫𝐛𝐮𝐜𝐤𝐬!   Ronnie's journey is nothing short of remarkable. Starting as a part-time barista at Starbucks, he worked his way up to become a District Manager overseeing nine stores and 181 employees.   Despite initial concerns about the time and costs of furthering his education, Ronnie took a leap of faith and pursued a Bachelor's Degree from Northumbria University at Kaplan, fully sponsored by Starbucks.   Balancing work and study is no easy feat but, through his dedication and hard work, as well as the support of his company, Ronnie made it work. Lieutenant Nicholas Tang has been honoured with the International Sword for Best International Cadet for his exceptional performance during the Regular Commissioning Course intake 232 at the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst. Despite facing numerous challenges throughout the 44-week commissioning course, Nicholas overcame them all and received this well-deserved recognition for being the best international cadet. This achievement holds a deeper significance for Nicholas as his award fulfils a promise he made to his late father. Currently pursuing a Bachelor of Business in Human Resources Management Degree with Murdoch University Singapore at Kaplan, Nicholas continues to exemplify resilience and determination in both his academic and military pursuits.
