LOUIS DREYFUS ARMATEURS (LDA) has placed an order for two 27M Crew Transfer Vessels (CTVs), expanding their fleet from five to seven high-specification vessels. These units, based on the StratCat27 design, will be constructed by Strategic Marine and are equipped with the latest technological advancements for offshore operations. Gaël Cailleaux, Renewables Managing Director at LOUIS DREYFUS ARMATEURS (LDA), emphasized, “These new orders are part of our strategy to expand our Offshore Renewables business.” Mr. Eng Yew Chan, CEO of Strategic Marine, added, "We are thrilled to be selected to deliver these additional vessels to our valued clients LOUIS DREYFUS ARMATEURS (LDA) , underscoring our commitment to innovative solutions." Following the recent delivery of two Supa Swath Crew Transfer Vessels (CTVs), Strategic Marine is proud to announce that we have entered into a Memorandum Of Understanding (MoU) with Mainprize Offshore for the delivery of six Supa Swath Vessels with an option for six more. The MoU was made at Europe’s largest on-water commercial marine and workboat exhibition, Seawork , onboard Strategic Marine’s multi-award winning (CTV), the #StratCat27. Strategic Marine is proud to announce the award by Ventus Marine to build four Crew Transfer Vessels (CTVs). Key features of the CTVs include inboard propulsion with CPP and IPS propulsions, which will equip these vessels to meet the demanding operating requirements in their respective areas of operations. The vessels are scheduled for delivery by end of 2024 onwards with two operating in Europe, managed by Njord Offshore Ltd., and another two operating in Taiwan, managed by Njord Marine. Strategic Marine’s long history includes a prior order of CTVs by Njord Offshore Ltd for its owners in the past, which served as pioneer vessels from the Southeast Asia region, still currently in operation. Lastly, we are proud to be featuring our StratCat 27 CTV at Seawork 2024 and we look forward to welcoming you onboard during our time there from the 11th to 13th June 2024.
