Exciting news from the Eurocell Technical panel! Due to the growing trend for larger Tilt & Turn windows, Eurocell has fully type-tested a massive 1m x 2.1m Logik Tilt & Turn window. Perfect for rapid ventilation in student accommodation, these windows often feature a grille or louvre setup outside. Ian Kernaghan from our Technical Panel shared insights: "We collaborated with MACO Door & Window Hardware (UK) Limited, our hardware partner, to determine the largest size their concealed T&T hardware could handle. After several in-house tests at our Alfreton Technical Centre, we completed full UKAS type testing at BSI in Hemel Hempstead." A detailed report, including PAS24, BS6375, and a cyclic test of 10,000 operations, is available on request for customers. DM us for more info!
About us
One of the youngest yet most dynamic PLCs listed on the London Stock Exchange (LSE), Eurocell is the UK's leading manufacturer, recycler and distributor of PVC-U profiles and a pioneer of energy-efficient, sustainable design and practice. We were the first PVC-U fenestration extrusion company to float on the main market of LSE, and there are two burgeoning main divisions in the company: Eurocell Profiles and Eurocell Building Plastics. Eurocell Profiles designs and manufactures all PVC-U window, door and roofing products, which are then supplied directly to trade fabricators, who then sell on to builders and retail installers. The business also owns the Cavalok brand of cavity closer systems and, since flotation, has acquired Vista Panels, a major manufacturer of composite doors and PVC-U entrance doors. This growth is set to continue apace, and there has never been a more exciting time to be associated with our vibrant company. The company is committed to sustainable PVC-U building product design and technology so its products not only meet the highest technical standards but also incorporate responsible use of materials. The group has the largest PVC-U recycling plant in the UK, which processes up to 3 million window frames a year. This cuts both material going to landfill and the consumption of virgin PVC-U. Eurocell Building Plastics is the distribution arm of the company, and one of the fastest growing trade counter operations in the UK today. Operating from more than 200 branches nationwide our depots offer more than 10,000 PVC-U roofline and ancillary building products and staffed with experienced, well-trained, customer-centric employees. Any stock item can be delivered free to any UK site within 24 hours. This division also owns the premium-quality Deeplas brand of PVC-U roofline products.

Our Logik Flush system offers a powerful combination of modern and contemporary aesthetics, coupled with exceptional air and noise insulation, robust security, and long-term durability. It's these credentials that led Bellway Homes to select the window system for their Cherry Hinton site. A&B Glass successfully fabricated this system for the first time for this project: "From my perspective, the Logik Flush system has truly delivered on its promise. The smart and contemporary finish it presents aligns perfectly with our expectations and contributes to the overall aesthetic appeal of the project. Additionally, the installation process was exceptionally smooth, thanks in large part to the significant support we received from Eurocell. Their collaboration ensured a seamless process, reflecting the success of the installation and highlighting the value of our partnership in delivering high-quality outcomes." -Dave Miller, Business Development Manager at A&B Glass Read the full case study: https://bit.ly/3U4FFL1 #NewBuild #LogikFlush

"Time saved is the essence of innovation and Eurocell's InSite product has truly exemplified this in our recent project. The hinge mechanism, paired with timber panels for construction, sets a new pace for building processes. Scotland has embraced this innovation and the English market needs to catch up. “The efficiency is remarkable – windows seamlessly integrated, roofs installed, and buildings insulated in a swift process. This could be a game-changer for social housing, especially for local authorities and housing associations. The use of this system helps achieve a 75% PMV value presenting a compelling case for increased funding. In the realm of achieving the end product, InSite not only meets but surpasses expectations, making it a standout solution in construction efficiency." - Angus Cowie, Business Development Manager Read the case study today: https://bit.ly/4cxywdY #Eurocell #Innovation #OffsiteConstruction #InSite

Following the chancellor's announcements on reintroducing house building targets, Martin Benn, Head of New Build at Eurocell, UK’s leading manufacturer, distributor, and recycler of PVC-U building products, said; “The reintroduction of compulsory house building targets is a welcome step from the new government that should bring a timely boost to the housebuilding industry. “A strong housebuilding sector is linked to a strong economy and the last few years have seen the industry face a number of significant challenges. Now is the time to get the country building again. “I think the sector will view this announcement as a major boost and we will see a real determination from housebuilders, public sector organisations, building product suppliers and all businesses across the supply chain to come together to help the sector recover and grow. “At Eurocell, we are well positioned to support this. We work closely with national housebuilders and we are excited about the support we can provide to help the industry meet the new targets.”

"Conservatories can look great, but they aren’t always practical because of the challenges with temperature regulation. The EurXtension system is a perfect replacement because it’s well insulated, energy efficient and has a solid tiled roof, which means it does a better job of keeping the cold and heat out. On top of this, the extensions look impressive and our customers get the same natural light and brightness as they would from a conservatory." - Ian Kernaghan, Head of Product Design & Development Read the extension case study here: https://bit.ly/4bPcWRY
