**IN-HOUSE - HEAD OF LEGAL - REAL ESTATE LENDER** The market over recent months has shown real promise of improvement, and one area we are seeing activity is across real estate. I have a fantastic opportunity with a commercial real estate lender that offers integrated loan servicing and advisory for bespoke solutions. The business has a growing client base and it is developing new product lines. In the last couple of years it has doubled headcount and it is now looking to grow its legal function. The Head of Legal will ultimately have a solid background in property/real estate finance to assist and manage transactions, manage external legal services, but additionally will advise on ad hoc internal legal requirements, helping the business leverage existing and new relationships, ensuring risk and legal exposure is managed, act as the internal advisor to the stakeholders and board members to offer strategic legal advice for the growth of the company. The business is very open to the level of the candidate. Solid legal experience is a must but so it an entrepreneurial spirit that will help them grow and develop this new legal function. FUNDS LAWYERS - NEW IN HOUSE OPPORTUNITY I am working with one of the top 10 global Private Investment Funds. The Fund has had record growth over the past couple of years in terms of AUM and Headcount that has lead to increased numbers across the Legal Team.
