Very happy to be part of the team of this truly heritage British brand!
We are delighted to announce that James Purdey & Sons has been granted a Royal Warrant by His Majesty King Charles III, the sixth British Monarch to do so in our history and a wonderful way to mark 210 years of Purdey. The announcement of the first Royal Warrants of the new reign was published by Royal Warrant Holders Association this weekend, and follows those which we previously held, granted by His Royal Highness as Prince of Wales, Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II, and His Royal Highness the Duke of Edinburgh. It's an honour to have the continued recognition from His Majesty, a reflection of our shared value for heritage, British craftsmanship, and conservation of the environment. We received our first Royal Warrant in 1868 granted by Albert Edward, Prince of Wales, followed by Queen Victoria in 1878, and we are proud to have received a Royal Warrant from every Monarch since, for the past 146 years. #JamesPurdeyAndSons #Purdey

Purdey Pieces - The Portrait of James Purdey The Younger Perhaps the most famous ‘Long Room’ in the world is that to be found in the pavilion building at Lord’s cricket ground. But it was preempted by another important ‘Long Room’ – that which forms the centrepiece of Purdey HQ at Audley House in Mayfair.
