We are on the lookout for a talented individual with a profound understanding of technical regulatory questions, specifically related to Internal Model Method (IMM), and a strong background in Counterparty Credit Risk (CCR), XVA, and model validation. 🔍 Job Overview: As a CCR & XVA Model Analyst, you'll play a critical role in ensuring compliance and risk management while collaborating with various business units. Your expertise will help us navigate and respond to technical regulatory inquiries, oversee CCR assessments and strategies, implement XVA frameworks, and conduct thorough model validation processes. 📋 Key Responsibilities: Regulatory Engagement: - Interpret and respond to technical regulatory inquiries. - Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, particularly IMM. Risk Management: - Oversee Counterparty Credit Risk (CCR) assessments and strategies. - Implement and monitor XVA frameworks. Model Validation: - Conduct and oversee model validation processes. - Collaborate with model development teams to enhance risk models. Business Collaboration: - Partner with various business units to provide risk and regulatory insights. - Support business decisions with robust risk management practices. 💼 Key Skills and Experience: Technical Expertise: - Strong understanding of IMM rules and regulatory requirements. - In-depth knowledge of CCR and XVA. - Proficiency in Python Programming and Development is desirable. Professional Experience: - Proven track record in handling technical regulatory questions. - Extensive experience in model validation and risk management.
