Every single one of us places multiple orders online every year. On a world changing scale we can all agree that e-commerce is transformative in our lives. Yet, when we zoom into the specifics of e-commerce delivery, we find diverse approaches around the world. In Asia, delivery companies were founded post the dawn of the internet and purpose built for e-commerce, in Europe and the US, delivery companies are all 50-500 years old and were built for a world pre-internet. Relay enables e-commerce through re-wiring the critical delivery infrastructure to address the growth of e-commerce in Europe and the US. Not only do we enable orders of magnitude better delivery in speed and cost for retailers and consumers, but we are also doubling down on making sure our ecosystem of delivery drivers and the planet benefit. Relay will enable the greatest change in online delivery since the birth of the internet and we cannot wait to bring it to you.
