We are Three Bridges Recruitment, and we operate from South Queensferry. It’s a small town on the doorstep of Scotland’s capital, Edinburgh, and is home to three iconic bridges - after which we take our name. We’re determined to do things differently and deliver the best value Accountancy & Finance recruitment service in Scotland. The business was established by James Bakewell in 2017 as Redmill Accountancy & Finance. In 2021, Neil Woodley joined the business to play a pivotal part in the rebranding to Three Bridges Recruitment. James and Neil are specialists in accountancy and finance recruitment. They have collectively worked in the industry for 30 years. They have a strong track record of working together, building a great partnership which complements each other's individual strengths. Both James and Neil work on every vacancy, thereby providing an excellent service as well as a more balanced point of view. They both live and work in South Queensferry and have children that keep them busy. They both completed the 2021 London Marathon.
