The Role

We're looking for dynamic graduates with a passion for sports and a keen eye for talent to join our team as a Recruitment Resourcer.


This role is perfect for those who have thrived in the competitive world of sports at University and are eager to translate their teamwork, discipline, and strategic thinking skills into a rewarding career in recruitment. As a Recruitment Resourcer, you will play a crucial role in identifying and attracting top talent, leveraging your sporting background to understand the qualities that make a standout candidate.

Key Responsibilities


Candidate Sourcing and Assessment:

  • Utilise various platforms and methods to identify and attract potential candidates.
  • Develop and maintain a talent pool for current and future hiring needs.
  • Review CVs and applications to shortlist candidates.
  • Conduct initial phone or video interviews to assess candidate suitability.


Building Relationships:

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with candidates, understanding their career aspirations and matching them to suitable roles
  • Foster long-term connections with potential talent through networking and regular follow-ups
  • Work closely with Senior Consultants and Directors to understand role requirements and candidate profiles
  • Provide support throughout the recruitment process, including coordinating interviews and gathering feedback


Market Research:

  • Stay informed about industry trends and developments in the job market
  • Conduct market mapping to identify key talent within specific sectors



Requirements

  • A recent graduate with a degree in any discipline.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Driven and motivated by results, money, and the desire to work hard to master your craft
  • Highly personable and appreciative of a diverse working environment
  • Willingness to travel occasionally across multiple locations
  • Have a thirst for learning and teaching/coaching
  • An interest in Financial Markets, Technology & Trading
  • A passion for sports and an understanding of the competitive nature of the sporting world
